Here comes summer

Office wear in the summer tends to get a bit tricky as you don’t want to end up being a sweaty betty! My advice is short sleeved blouses, light material such as schiffon with high waisted, light, tailored trousers with a slight flare..
I also think that a pencil skirt would be good with the short sleeved blouse as well as some nice peep-toe shoes. Try and add a bright splash of colour into the outfit. I think green is a really good colour to go for as its not too bold but not too boring either.
Always go for light material for work in the summer as you are bound to end up running around doing this that and everything and it just helps keep the heat at bay. If you quite daring, Next have a nice vest top that is perfect for work as it has a checked pattern on it that makes it look formal instead of casual. This can be teamed easily with a tailored jacket in case it turns a little chilly.
